On March 28, Political/Consular Officer Scott Reese discussed various aspects of American culture with 25 students at Centre Jean Luc Sangare in Bamako, Mali.  The audience of English students spent over an hour asking a variety of questions on issues as diverse as the U.S. education system, weather, geography, and the Department of State.
