Mr. Fred Noyes, Political Officer shared his expertise on “Constitutional Law in the US” with students at the Faculté de Science Juridique et Politique with Malian students.
As part of the Public Affairs speaker’s program, Mr. Frederick Noyes, Political Officer, and formerly a lawyer with the Department of Justice shared his expertise on “Constitutional Law in the US” with students at the Faculté de Science Juridique et Politique, University of Bamako. He pointed out the difference between French and American legal systems, and discussed the ways in which the US Constitution and important legal landmarks helped shape the current state of democracy in the United States. The presentation was well received, and the Dean of the school Mr. Bandiougou Gakou said that he welcomed further visits from the Speaker Program.
