Extra Pages
If you would like to insert additional pages into your passport, please complete and sign Form DS-19 and bring or send it to the Consular Section with your original passport. We are usually able to insert the new pages the same day.
NOTE: Department of State regulations state that only passports whcih are weel cared for, with very little wear and tear, may ave visa pages added. This determination ismade by the consular officer. If youre passport is in poor conditon, you may be asked to replace your passport.
