Joint Conference of the African Society for Bioinformatics

On November 30, 2009, Ambassador Gillian Milovanovic participated in the opening of the first joint conference of the African Society for Bioinformatics and Computational Biology (ASBCB) and the International Society for computational biology (ISCB).  The conference and workshops focus on the use of bioinformatics in the control of infectious diseases.
